How Strategic Hiring and Marketing Powered a Successful Event

Overview

Our goal was to leverage the power of digital media to raise awareness and recruit over 500 employees for the 2024 New York State Fair’s waste management initiatives.

This was a big task that needed to get done quickly. Through targeted marketing campaigns and social media advertising, we set out to drive interest, encourage individuals to attend the dedicated job fair, and apply directly through the company’s website.

RESULTS

Our digital media strategy was a big success in boosting attendance at the job fair and increasing online applications. Through targeted campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, we reached a broad audience of qualified candidates.

Green Event Ninjas saw 353 attendees at the job fair and received over 1,898 online applications. As a result, this strong turnout allowed them to engage directly with hundreds of potential candidates and provide a seamless experience for candidates. Go ninjas!
